Inside Sales

Great personality, able to manage conflict to achieve a win-win with the customer, on the phone all day!!!!! Will be following up on requests for information from prospects and mailing out their marketing packet. 50-70 calls a day Focusing on selling additional products & services to new and existing clients. Entering & updating information into a filemaker database. Will be confirming ship dates with customers. Must be good with customers and have outstanding phone skills. Will be multi-tasking much of day. Candidate must be professional, productive, goal oriented individual! Only candidates with 1 year or more of Inside Sales experience will be onsidered.
