We have an opening for a Sales Representative to close in-home sales of residential comfort solutions in the Twin Cities metro area. This in-demand position is based out of our Minneapolis office and reports to the Sales Manager. Success in this role can lead to the opportunity for expanded responsibilities and a growth-oriented career path. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities:
Pre-qualify appointments with homeowners poised to make purchasing decisions.
Qualify and close residential customers within the Twin Cities’ market.
Accurately survey the home to recommend suitable equipment, educate customers, and deliver value by addressing customers’ unique heating and cooling needs.
Prepare estimates, contracts, and surveys for each job.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a competitive market with a quick-to-close sales cycle, preferably in selling home comfort solutions.
Demonstrated record of successfully closing new business.
Results-driven mindset, coupled with integrity and a passion for customer service.
