Job Description:

• Working in a call center, you will manage customer needs, making customers aware of overdue accounts, ensuring their information is accurate, and administering all collections and billing functions according to required policies and procedures.
• Full time, permanent jobs. $17.01—$18.95/hour. Shifts/schedule: 8am-9 pm M-F. and Saturday 8 am—7 pm. Entry level with paid training. Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
