Your Network Design Consultant first works with you to understand your unique business situation and existing services. He or she will also listen to your expectations and answer any questions. This helps us determine the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions for your business.
2. Recommendation
Your Network Design Consultant next recommends solutions that meet your business needs. Connectivity proposals are based upon the options available to your business location and an assessment of your current bandwidth usage.
3. Installation
When we receive your order, your installation team will begin work to initiate service. They will coordinate with you to schedule an installation date and time, arrange for a site survey if needed, and work with all involved providers to transition service.
4. Ongoing support to connect, manage & optimize
