Should you be hired by Teachers On Call, your relationship with us is that of an employee/employer, requiring a great deal of communication and trust. We extend many resources to our employees and when you are sent out on an assignment, we expect teachers to be ready to take on the responsibilities of a classroom, paras to aide and assist their assigned student(s), and other support staff to be professional and skilled.

Many substitute assignments are scheduled ahead of time, but sometimes we need to cover last minute emergencies. Try to be flexible with your schedule. Occasionally, full-time positions are offered through Teachers On Call, either directly through our offices, or extended to you while out on a substitute assignment. We will help you transition to this full-time position if the assignment is right for you.
